Vernissage Album UBAC

UBAC is a collab project between the Musée d’ethnographie de Genève (MEG) and Vouipe. The idea is to establish a dialogue between contemporary alpine music and alpine heritage music. With the help of Madeleine Leclairs expertise in his artistic approach, Dimitri is involved in a research process in which he draws inspiration from, integrates and composes with extracts of archived music. The goal is to give birth to a set born of cross-views between contemporary music and alpine music from around the world preserved in the MEG library. These compositions result in a 6-track EP entitled « Ubac » which will be unveiled at the Museum of Bagnes on June 16th, 2022.
